Procedure

  1. Complete the application process on Institution’s Online Application Portal URL https://apply.mak.ac.ug/
  2. Obtain a Payment Reference Number (PRN) by clicking on “Pay for Form” Button

  3. Make a payment at any of the banks used by Uganda Revenue Authority. Click here for instructions on how to pay using VISA/MASTERCARD (Click here for detailed procedure) or follow the steps below for Mobile Money Payments                                        
    MOBILE MONEY PAYMENT STEPS:                                                 

    Dial *165# on either MTN or Airtel (Click here for detailed procedure)

    For MTN Dial *165#, then select:

    1. Option 4: Payments
    2. Option 5: Fees and Taxes
    3. Option 1: URA
    4. Option 1: With PRN Payments
    5. Please enter your payment registration number (PRN) then follow prompts.
    6. Details of Application form will be confirmed 
    7. Enter your mobile money PIN to confirm payment
    8. Your status on the portal will change from pending to paid
